February 4, 2019, ~ Sacred Heart School Open Enrollment for Kindergarten

• Schedule an appointment for your child to complete Kindergarten Screening at the Sacred Heart School office in person. The office is located at 416 W. 3rd Street, Sedalia, Missouri. Office hours are 7:30 a.m to 3:30 p.m. 
• Requirements to schedule an appointment for Kindergarten Screening 
  • Birth certificate 
  • $100 enrollment deposit, to be credited toward 2019-2020 tuition 
  • Complete the FACTS Application online at https://tinyurl.com/shsfacts for tuition assistance. 
• Families who complete the FACTS application by March 1st will receive a $35 discount applied to their tuition contract for the 2019-2020 school year. 
• Follow directions on the Tuition information sheet included in this packet. 
• Class seats will be held once a family completes the full enrollment process. Details follow.
