Dear Sacred Heart Families,

Beginning Wednesday, April 1, you may notice a few updates when logging into the FACTS Family Portal (SIS). These changes are designed to improve security and make access easier across FACTS systems.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
  Parents will be asked to verify their login using an extra step (such as a code sent to your email). This helps keep your account secure.
  Students will not be required to use MFA.

• One Login for FACTS:
  You will now use one account for all FACTS features, including the Family Portal and financial aid.

• Username Updates:
  Your username must be unique. When you log in after April 1, you may be prompted to update it.

• Password Changes:

  • Passwords will no longer expire

  • You will manage your own password moving forward

  • If needed, you can use the “Forgot Username/Password” option to reset it

Helpful Tip:
Please make sure your email address is up to date in FACTS. This will make it easier to reset your login information if needed.

These updates will not affect you if you are already logged in, but you will see them the next time you access the system.
