FACTS UPDATE 

We know some of you have had issues with the FACTS system this week and we have answers! They have changed up some of the websites. As a result, previously saved shortcuts and bookmarks will no longer function. Here are some troubleshooting tips:

• Clear your browser’s cache and cookies for all time, and ensure your browser is fully updated.
• Navigate to www.factsmgt.com and select “Log In Here” in the upper right corner.
• Do not use auto‑filled information; manually enter your district code, username, and password.
• If you do not remember your password, enter your district code and use the “Forgot Password?” link.
• If you do not remember your username, an administrator can look it up and reset your password in SIS as needed.
