Dear Sacred Heart Families,
We would love to invite you and your family to join us this Sunday, June 22. We will be celebrating Fr Joe’s 25th anniversary as a priest, Sr. Mary Ruth’s 60th anniversary as a School Sister of Notre Dame, and Deacon Jim Rangistch, who was just ordained to the diaconate. The celebration will begin at St Patrick’s Chapel for 4pm Mass, followed by a reception and dinner at Sacred Heart School. Please plan to attend to be a part of this wonderful celebration.
Summer is a great time to get involved at Sacred Heart School and help beautify our campus. We have several opportunities coming up and would love your family to join us! If these times don’t work for your family, please reach out to me! We have many projects that we could use help with preparing for the upcoming school year.
When to Show Up:

We will be moving furniture, cleaning ceiling fans, cleaning windows, and cleaning classrooms, among other tasks. Feel free to bring your Windex and cleaning supplies!

Playground cleaning – We need leaf blowers to remove debris from under the tiles.

Locker Repairs – We need help fixing the JH lockers so that they close completely.

Trophy Cases – Clean and polish.
Here are the summer office hours:

June 2 – June 25: 8am until noon, Monday thru Thursday, office closed on Friday

June 25 – July 6: Office closed for cleaning

July 7 – August 1: 8am until noon, Monday thru Thursday, office closed on Fridays

August office hours will be communicated later in the summer.
The next Sacred Heart Beat will be sent out on Wednesday, July 2nd.

Estimadas familias del Sagrado Corazón:
Nos encantaría invitarlos a usted y a su familia a unirse a nosotros este domingo, 22 de junio. Celebraremos el 25º aniversario del Padre Joe como sacerdote, el 60º aniversario de la Hermana Mary Ruth como Hermana de Notre Dame y el Diácono Jim Rangistch, quien acaba de ser ordenado al diaconado. La celebración comenzará en la Capilla de San Patricio con la misa de las 4 p.m., en seguida una recepción y cena en la Escuela del Sagrado Corazón. Por favor, asistan para ser parte de esta maravillosa celebración.
El verano es una época excelente para participar en la Escuela del Sagrado Corazón y ayudar a embellecer nuestro campus. Tenemos varias oportunidades próximamente y nos encantaría que su familia se uniera. Si estas fechas no les convienen, ¡comuníquese conmigo! Tenemos muchos proyectos que podrían ser útiles para prepararnos para el próximo año escolar.

Aqui estan los horarios de la oficina durante el verano:

Del 2 al 25 de junio: de 8:00 a.m. a 12:00, de lunes a jueves; la oficina estará cerrada los viernes.
