Lift our minds during this Advent season in watchful hope to hear the voice which announces his glory and open our minds to receive the Spirit who prepares us for his coming. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Winter Sports Action:
Varsity/JV Boys Basketball (2-0, 0-0 / JV 1-1) – The Varsity and JV Grems were both victorious in the home opener vs Christian Fellowship last Tuesday. The JV plays again tomorrow night in Kingsville with tip off slated for 5:30 followed by varsity girls. The varsity boys resume action next week in the Pilot Grove Tournament.
Varsity/JV Girls Basketball (2-0, 0-0) – The Varsity Girls ran their record to 2-0 with a 72-15 win over Christian Fellowship last Tuesday evening. Their next action is tomorrow night @ Kingsville. Tip off is at 5:30pm for JV boys followed by the Girls game.
Varsity Girls Swimming – Girls swim opens the season tomorrow afternoon in a meet at Blue Springs South High School. Start time is 4pm.
JH Boys Basketball (0-0, 0-0) – The junior high teams open their season on Thursday Dec. 8 at home vs Russellville. Girls tip off at 5pm followed by boys action.
