- The annual Thanksgiving Food Drive will be Tuesday, November 22. Students in grades K-8 please bring a non-perishable food offering to Mass on that day! Students in grades 9-12 please start preparing for the spirit stick competition. Open Door has asked for canned vegetables, canned fruit, peanut butter, tuna, cereal, juice, dry pasta, soups, and paper products. “The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor.” Proverbs 22:9.

- Good luck to the speech team today at the Kaysinger Conference Speech Tournament.
Winter Sports Action:
Varsity/JV Boys Basketball (1-0, 0-0) – The Gremlins traveled to Russellville Friday night and left with an 89-77 victory. The Grems next action will be tomorrow night in the home opener vs Christian Fellowship out of Columbia. JV tips off at 5:30 followed by varsity girls, then varsity boys.
Varsity/JV Girls Basketball (0-0, 0-0) – The Varsity Girls play tonight in their regular season opener. The Lady Grems take on St. Paul’s Lutheran @ Otterville. Start time 6:00PM.
Varsity Girls Swimming – Girls swim opens the season on Tuesday, Nov. 29 in a meet at Blue Springs South High School. Start time is 4pm.
JH Boys Basketball (0-0, 0-0) – The junior high teams open their season on Thursday, Dec. 8 at home vs Russellville. Girls tip off at 5pm followed by boys action.
