All of creation belongs to you, and you are fully trustworthy to sustain it. Thank you for sustaining us, Father and please bless us with a safe and happily productive day!  AMEN.

  • In Memory of Caleb Brodersen, a Sophomore at Stover High School, we will be accepting donations for his family this Friday. All students (grades PK-12) that wish to participate in “hat day” may give their homeroom teacher a cash donation and then wear a hat all day. Students are asked to make a minimal $1 donation to wear a hat. Students are expected to wear their uniforms, per usual (belt and collared shirt tucked in). Students may wear a hat with print/pictures as long as there is no profanity, sexually suggestive theme, rude or disrespectful theme, or the promotion of the use of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco. No tiaras or crowns. Hats may not be worn in the chapel.Hats should be removed during prayers and the pledge of allegiance. 
  • We will also be offering a spiritual bouquet to the Brodersen family to support them in this difficult moment they are facing. Religion teachers please refer to the email sent out yesterday by Mr. Gonzalez. 
  • The first Math meet sign up is posted on Mrs. Hill’s door. Stop by and sign up within the next week!
  • STUCO Officer Only meeting on Friday during homeroom in Mrs. Howell’s room. 
  • The Gremlin Student Store and Cafe are open every day after school. We have lots of new crewnecks and spirit wear! Please stop by today to see Luke and Tony.
  • Reminder: There will be a Jr. High Halloween Mixer on October 25, 2022 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm in the old gym. This is for grades 6-8th. The entry fee is $10 and will be charged to FACTS. Tickets are being sold at lunch. If you have any questions please see Paisley Carl. 
  • Gremlin Gear orders are due by Monday, October 24. Just a reminder that this is our last presale for 2022!! Also make sure to scan the QR code on the flyer to see the 100+ items available.
  • Attention Key Club and all students going to Fear Fest: Please meet in the commons during homeroom on Wednesday, October 26th to discuss the price and other details.

Sports Action:

Volleyball (27-6, 9-1) (JV 5-11-1, 4-5) The Sacred Heart Varsity will be hosting the Class 1 District 5 Tournament in the McGremlin Gym beginning tonight.  Sacred Heart has a first-round bye and will play tomorrow night @ 7 pm against the winner of the Chamois and Otterville match. 

 

Soccer (15-6, 5-0)  The Sacred Heart boys soccer team’s next action is on Monday when they host Southern Boone High School Eagles at Clover Dell Park.

 

HS Cross Country  Sacred Heart cross country team travels to Fulton for district competition on Sat. Oct. 29th for their next action. 

 

JH Soccer (4-8-2, 0-0)

The Gremlin JH Soccer team plays today @ Cole Camp, start time 5:00pm.
