Happy Birthday TODAY to Ian Viscarra Mendez. Ian is in the 12th grade.
- MATH CONTEST UPDATES:
- Cole Camp Math Contest is February 26. There are still lots of open slots available.
- Smith-Cotton Math Contest has been rescheduled for March 5. Please stop by Mrs. Hill’s room and let her know if you are able to attend.
- The Conference Math Contest is March 15th. Those that would like to attend need to sign up with Mrs. Hill.

- The SHS National Junior Honor Society will be selling roses and tootsie pops this year! We will be accepting pre-orders through Thursday, February 10. We will be selling tootsie pops for $1.00, one rose ( red or pink) for $2.00, three roses (red or pink) for $5.00.
- There will be a FRESHMEN CLASS MTG during Homeroom TODAY (Tuesday, 2/8/22) in Mrs. Kilby’s room. Please check in to your normal homeroom before attending.
- There will be a SOPHOMORE CLASS MTG during Homeroom TODAY (Tuesday, 2/8/22) in Ms. McMullin’’s room. Please check in to your normal homeroom before attending.
- Living Rosary TODAY (Tuesday, 2/8/22) at 2:15pm in the McGremlin Gym. Please check in with your 7th hour teacher and attend as a class.
- Tomorrow (Wednesday, 2/9/22) is Student Appreciation Day! All students have been given a free dress down day. It is also mid-quarter!
- High School students: The cell phone policy states that cell phones are only allowed to be used in between classes and at lunch, unless permission is granted by your teacher. With that being said, if you are seen using your cell phone during class time while in the hallway, you are subject to having your phone confiscated and being fined
- Staff and students, please remember to have a mask with you for All School prayer services and masses that are held at church. Our supply is starting to run very low.
- Winter Homecoming 2022 begins Monday, February 14! This year’s theme is the ULTIMATE FACE OFF. Monday, February 14: Spirit Dress for students in grades K-8. The dress-up theme for the spirit stick is Summer vs. Winter. High School students see your class president for a complete list of all next week’s activities.
- Edible Cookie Dough is on sale for $2 to celebrate you! Also get free cheeseballs with any purchase. Come to the Gremlin Student Cafe and say hi to Jackson and Ximena!

High School Boys Basketball: (Var 17-4) The varsity boys won a thriller on the road at Weaubleau last night. The Grems came away with a 55-54 overtime victory. The guys next action is on Wednesday in a conference match up at Green Ridge. Tip off is at 5:30 – 2 qtr JV boys followed by Varsity girls then Varsity boys
High School Girls Basketball: (Var 11-10) The girls also played in Weaubleau last night. They travel to Green Ridge Wednesday with tip off at 5:30 – 2 qtr JV boys followed by Varsity girls then Varsity boys
Junior High Boys Basketball: (‘A’ 7-2, ‘B’ 6-1) The Junior High boys next action is Wednesday on the road in Windsor. Girls “A” tips off at 5:30 followed by “A” boys and “B” boys.
Junior High Girls Basketball: (‘A’ 3-6) The SH jr high lady gremlins next action is also on Wednesday in Windsor. Girls “A” tips off at 5:30 followed by “A” boys and “B” boys.
High School Girls Swim: The Sacred Heart Swim team’s next action is on Monday and Tuesday @ ILC.
