SACRED HEART SCHOOL

Extraordinary Catholic Education. Through Christ. For ALL!

  • This is the Feast day of St. Francis De Sales.  St Francis de Sales is the patron saint of Authors, Journalists and Writers.  With that in mind our morning prayer is his dedication prayer for writers:
  • Morning Prayer – – – Let us Pray.

Sweet Jesus, our Lord, our Savior, and our God,

Behold us here prostrate before your Majesty as we pledge and consecrate our writings of this day to your glory. By your blessing give life to our words.  Help us point out to others the way of devotion in this world with words that with our whole hearts we utter in witness of fidelity amid the hazards of this mortal life:

LIVE, JESUS! LIVE, JESUS!

Yes, Lord Jesus, live and reign in our hearts forever and ever. Amen.
