SACRED HEART SCHOOL

Extraordinary Catholic Education. Through Christ. For ALL!

  • This is the Feast day of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.  This is a special day as Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton is the Patron Saint of Catholic Schools and Teachers!

  • Morning Prayer – – – Let us Pray.

Lord God,

You blessed Elizabeth Ann Seton with gifts of grace; As wife and mother, educator and foundress, so that she might spend her life in service to your people.  Through her example and prayers may we learn to express our love for you in love for our fellow men and women.

You called Elizabeth Ann Seton to educate your children.  Inspire us, by her example, to find your will in the present moment.  Through her prayers, may we learn to teach others how to love like you.  We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Teacher.

Amen.
