Announcements:
- The speech team had a strong showing at the conference speech meet last night. Sophomore Mariah Van Leer placed 1st in Humorous Interpretation and freshman Sophie Anderson placed 2nd in Storytelling.
- For those Rachels Families groups that need more time and are able to meet, gather after mass today for the remainder of the 2nd hour to finish your doors!

- The annual Thanksgiving food drive is TODAY! All students in grades k-12 are asked to bring at least one canned food item to Mass.
- There will be a meeting for anyone interested in being part of the Spring Musical on MONDAY, November 29th during Homeroom in Miss Turner’s room.
- Any 2nd-6th grade student interested in youth basketball cheerleading, please pick up a form in the main office. All forms and money is by November 30th. Students will have the opportunity to cheer on Saturdays during January and February.
- Need Service Hours? Parks and Rec has three upcoming events that need volunteers. If you would like to help please let Mrs. Howell know.
- December 4th: Breakfast with Santa 8:30am-11:30am at Convention Hall (15 volunteers)
- December 10th Pizza and PJs with Santa 5:30pm-8pm at Convention Hall (15 volunteers)
- December 11th Jingle Bell 5k 7am-10:30am at Liberty Park (20 volunteers)
- Good Luck to the Speech Team as they compete in the first phase of the conference speech meeting this evening at SFCC. Speech team members are dismissed at 2pm today.
- The High School Math Team is back! We need all high school students to consider committing and being part of this elite team. Sign-ups for the California and Warrensburg math meets are due today 5th hour. (Mrs. Hill will be sending in our registration today) There is still plenty of room for students from each class. No seniors have signed up yet.

High School Boys Basketball: (Var 2-0, JV 0-1) The boys ran their record to 2-0 with a 60-49 win over the St. Paul Saints in Concordia last night The boys play again tonight on the road at Christian Fellowship School in Columbia. JV tips off at 5:00pm followed by varsity girls and varsity boys.
High School Girls Basketball: (Var 0-1, JV 0-0) The girls opened the season on the road last night with a well played 52-43 loss to St. Paul’s Lutheran. They also play again tonight on the road at Christian Fellowship School in Columbia. JV boys tip off at 5:00pm followed by varsity girls and varsity boys.
