Generous gifts from St. Vincent de Paul Parish and our Sacred Heart School Foundation help bridge the gap between the actual expense and what a family can afford. Whenever the school’s budget is not met, our school’s foundation is the first lifeline. This year, $17,000 from our drive will support a newly established endowment honoring SHS alumni and art teacher Mary Kehl ’73, who retired in May 2021 after 44 years of teaching at SHS. The Mary Kehl Endowment will provide need-based tuition assistance in perpetuity to students attending SHS.
