  • We are excited to announce that the Gremlin Student Store and Cafe will be open every day after school. We have fully stocked the cafe with all of your favorites and lots of edible cookie dough. We even have spoons! Come say hi to Noe and Claire
  • WANTED:  Junior High Artists, you know who you are. 🙂  If you consider art as a hobby PLEASE stop by the Art Room by the end of the school day this Friday. Mrs. Nehring will be forever grateful.
  • There will be a meeting for those interested in Speech and Debate in room 222 during Homeroom on Wednesday, September 8. Please see Miss Turner with any questions. 

Recent Sports Results:

SOCCER:  (2-0-1, 0-0)The varsity soccer team tied the Maryville Spoofhounds 2-2 in the opening round of the Barstow Tournament last night in Kansas City.  They play again tonight against the host Barstow Knights.  Game time is 6:45pm. 

 

VOLLEYBALL:  (1-0, 0-0) The varsity volleyball Grems will play again at HOME tonight vs the Crestridge Cougars. The JV game begins at 5:30pm followed by varsity action.

 

FOOTBALL:  (1-0) The boys next action is this coming Friday when the team travels to North Shelby High School. Kickoff is at 7pm.

 

GIRLS GOLF: The girls competed in their first match of the season yesterday at Sedalia Country Club.  The triangular match consisted of Sacred Heart, Green Ridge, and Cole Camp.  Sacred Heart Senior Claire Smeltzer carded a 53, placing her first in the match. 

 

CROSS COUNTRY: Cross Country’s next meet is Saturday, September 18 in Clinton.

 

JH SOCCER: The JH Soccer season opens on September 10th at the Sacred Heart Junior High Tournament.

 

JH VOLLEYBALL: The JH Volleyball season opens on September 14 with a conference game at Otterville.  Game time is 5pm.

 

JH FOOTBALL: The JH Football season opens on Monday September 13 vs the Sweet Springs Greyhounds.  The game begins at 5:30pm in Hughesville.

  • Varsity Volleyball @ home vs Crest Ridge JV starts at 5:30pm followed by Varsity. 
  • Varsity Soccer @ The Barstow Invitational, start time 6:45pm Barstow vs Sacred Heart

  • Varsity Football @ North Shelby Early Dismissal @ 2:30 for football – Varsity only
