Today’s Prayer is a Forgiveness Prayer
Dear Lord,
Thank you for allowing us the joy of being forgiven. We know that through forgiveness the arms of Jesus lift us, His blood cleanses us and His love changes us. It is His free gift to us.
May we turn our heart toward Jesus and pray to receive Him and His forgiveness today. He will come into our hearts and make all things new.
Let us heed the words of St. Paul in his 2nd letter to the Corinthians: Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, they are a new creation; the old has gone and the new has come!
