Today’s Prayer

Loving Father,

As we continue our celebration of Catholic School Week please open our hearts to the areas of our lives that need to change so that we can better carry out the mission you have imagined for our lives.  Inspire us to live the Faith in ways that are dynamic and engaging.

Show us the best ways to get involved in the life of our school & parish.  Make our school and parish community hungry for best practices and continuous learning, and help us to realize that we each have a role to play in making our faith community a more perfect place for imperfect people trying each day to walk a little closer with you!

Prayer for Catholic Schools

Loving God,

At this time in the life of our schools, We turn to you with grateful hearts for what we have, And with great anticipation for what is yet to be.  Bless us with a sense of unity, A spirit of cooperation, and generous hearts as we face the responsibilities and challenges of serving your schools.  We know there is much to do.  We believe our goals are rooted in Your Word and in Your Work.  Please guide us, strengthen us, and bless us with Your Presence, Now and through the years to come.

In Jesus’ holy name we pray, Amen.
