National Chinese take out day

  • The Gremlin Student Cafe is now open after school. Today’s Featured Items: Sour Patch Kids and Reese’s Peanut Butter cups. Come see Caten and Megan!
  •  The cold weather dress code is in effect. Students will only be allowed to wear long pants but no shorts. Girls are also allowed to wear their uniform skirts. 
  • Today is picture retake. We will call everyone down after announcements.
  • The Thanksgiving Food Drive will be collected on Tuesday, November 17. All students are encouraged to bring in their donations. Students in grades 9-12 this is your chance to get ahead in the spirit stick competition. The food drive is worth 20% of the spirit stick! 
  • Net Retreat on Friday for all high school students in grades 9-12. You will attend your first-hour class then head to the McGremlin gym for 2nd-7th hour. Students in grades 9-12 are permitted to wear Spirit Dress.

Sports Action:

High School Volleyball: Congratulations to the varsity girls on a wonderful season (20-7-1 overall and 9-0 in Kaysinger Conference Play)  Great season Girls!

 

Junior High Volleyball: (6-9-1, 5-3-1) The girls wrapped up their season by playing in the Kaysinger Conference Tournament at Green Ridge last weekend.

 

High School Soccer: (11-4, 4-0) The varsity will play the Grain Valley Eagles in the Championship game of the MSHSAA District 8 Soccer Tournament tonight @ Clover Dell Soccer Park.  Game time is 6pm.

 

Junior High Soccer: (8-3-1, 6-0) The JH soccer team played Cole Camp in the Kaysinger Conference Tournament at Smithton last night.  The Grems now advance to the first place game Friday night in Smithton where they take on Stover in a 6:30pm start.

 

High School Girls Golf: Class 1 State Champions 2020! Well done GIRLS! 

 

High School Football: VAR (5-2) The varsity football team ended their season with a 5-2 overall record.  Great Season Guys!

 

Junior High Football: (4-1) Congrats to the Junior High football team on an excellent 4-1 season record.
