  • This is testing week for students in grades 3 – 9.  Do your best!  Teachers: Please remember to call the office to let them know when your testing group is finished for the day.  The office will announce when every group is finished and students can be released to their regularly scheduled classes.
  • Senior class photo – Tuesday, October 13 after mass. We will take the first photo in front of the church and then move to the front of the school.
  • Jostens will be here this morning with the juniors for their ring order. Please excuse them this morning if they are tardy


Sports Action


High School Volleyball: Varsity (12-7-1, 6-0) JV (5-5, 4-1) JV won in two sets 25-18 and 25-15. Bringing their record to 5-5 and 4-1 in Conference Play.  Varsity won in two sets 25-5 and 25-14. Bringing their record to 12-7-1 and 6-0 in Conference play.  The next match for the Varsity is in the Conference Tournament @ Cole Camp beginning Thursday, October 8th, and finishing Saturday, October 10th. Three teams as of late today have withdrawn from the tournament. The schedule is still to be determined.


Junior High Volleyball: The JH girls (5-6, 4-2) lost a three-set match against Northwest last night by scores of 13-25, 28-26, 5-15.  Their next match is next Tuesday at home vs Cole Camp.  First serve is at 5:30pm in the Hoying Gym.


High School Soccer: (7-4, 2-0) The varsity Grems beat Green Ridge last night 2-0 in the opening round of the Kaysinger Conference Soccer Tournament in Stover.  Next action tonight as the Grems take on the Stover Bulldogs in a __ pm start.


Junior High Soccer: The JH soccer team’s (4-2-1, 2-0) next action is this evening @ Christian Fellowship School in Columbia.  Kickoff is at 5:00pm.


High School Girls Golf: Sacred Heart Lady Golfers met with California High School and Boonville High School in a triangular match on Tuesday at California Country Club.

Sacred Heart’s team scored a 185 in the 9-hole match. Their next action is tomorrow evening at the Sedalia Country Club.  Tee time is 4:00pm.


High School Football: The varsity football team (4-1, 0-0) plays in the Northwest Homecoming contest this coming Friday vs the Keytesville Tigers.  Game time is 7pm.  


Junior High Football: The JH football team (3-1) next action is on Monday, October 12 at home vs. Concordia.  Game time is 5:30pm.
