Announcements:

• This is testing week for students in grades 3 – 9.  Do your best!  Teachers: Please remember to call the office to let them know when your testing group is finished for the day.  The office will announce when every group is finished and students can be released to their regularly scheduled classes.

• Juniors Jostens will be here Wednesday for your ring order in the commons at 7:40 AM
• Senior class photo – Tuesday, October 13 after mass. We will take the first photo in front of the church and then move to the front of the school.

Sports Action

 

High School Volleyball: Varsity (11-7-1, 5-0) JV (4-4, 3-1) volleyball played on Saturday in the Warrensburg Tournament going 2-2 for the day. (lost to P-Hill, 0-2; California, 0-2; then beat Adrian 2-0 and Tipton 2-0   Next action is tonight @ Northwest.  JV plays after the JH.

 

Junior High Volleyball: The JH girls (5-5, 4-1) next action is tonight @ Northwest.  First serve is at 5pm followed by JV then varsity.

 

High School Soccer: (7-4, 2-0) The varsity Grems beat Green Ridge last night 2-0 in the opening round of the Kaysinger Conference Soccer Tournament in Stover.  Next action is on Wednesday as the Grems take on the Stover Bulldogs in a __ pm start.

 

Junior High Soccer: The JH soccer team’s (4-2-1, 2-0) next action is this evening @ Christian Fellowship School in Columbia.  Kickoff is at 5:00pm.

 

High School Girls Golf: Sacred Heart Lady Golfers next action is this afternoon in California.  Tee time is 3:30pm.

 

High School Football: The varsity football team (4-1, 0-0) plays in the Northwest Homecoming contest this coming Friday vs the Keytesville Tigers.  Game time is 7pm.  

 

Junior High Football: The JH football team (3-1) lost to the Braymer Bearcats last night in Hughesville.  Their next action is on Monday, October 12 at home vs. Concordia.  Game time is 5:30pm.
