On Thursday, October 15 Pettis County Health Department will be offering flu shots on campus for all students, faculty, and staff.

We strongly encourage all students, faculty, and staff to get the flu shot this year.  There is hope that the flu shot can help mitigate the flu, making it one less thing to worry about.

If you are wanting your child to receive a flu shot on October 15, please fill out the attached form and return NO LATER THAN October 8.

 

Due to our COVID policies, we will not be offering flu shots to family members this year.
