St. Vincent de Paul Parish and Sacred Heart School held their annual Bazaar Weekend October 5-6. The schedule of events included the Chicken Dinner, Dinner Auction and the resurrection of the Children’s Carnival. This year’s events broke all previous records, bringing in over $100,000 to support the parish and school.
The 4th Annual Dinner Auction’s theme was Bazaar on the Beach and was attended by over 275 people. The event included dinner, raffles, silent auction and live auction. Live music was provided by Braden Bawcom and Sam Schleicher, with special appearances by Bob Hladik and Fr. Dave Veit.
This year came with the addition of BidPal Mobile Bidding, which allowed guests to bid on Silent Auction items, purchase tickets and make payments from their mobile phones.
A huge thank you to all of our donors, volunteers, guests, Table of 5 catering, Cosmo Crew, Culligan Water, Pepsi Beverage, County Distributing and Johnson and Bay Auctioneers for their support in making this event a success!
