  • There is a Freshman class meeting today in the commons grab your lunch and come down.
  • Sacred Heart Youth Volleyball is an introduction to team sports for students in grades 3, 4, 5 and 6 enrolled at Sacred Heart School. Our goal is to teach volleyball skills, sportsmanship and to provide a fun learning environment for the players. Third-grade students are encouraged to play even though it is not listed on the form.  The more kids playing and being active – the better our program. #gogremlins forms are due Today
  • The annual yearbook distribution assembly will be held this morning in the main gym from 8:45 to 9:05.  Grades 8 – 12 are involved in this assembly.
  • There will be an NJHS meeting, Thursday, September 5th, after school in Mrs. Kilby’s (Tague) room.

Sports Action:

Volleyball: The varsity and JV volleyball teams open their season on Tuesday at Fr. Tolton High School in Columbia with JV starting at 6pm followed by varsity action.


JH Volleyball: The JH Grems open their season on Friday, September 13 in the Sacred Heart Tournament.


Soccer:  The varsity soccer team opens their season next Tuesday in the Barstow Tournament.  The Grems take on Lone Jack in a 4:30 start.


JH Soccer: The JH Grems open their season on Thursday, September 19 in a home match vs the Green Ridge Tigers.


Girls Golf: The varsity girls open their season on Friday in an 18 hole tournament in Warrensburg.


Football: The varsity football team travels to Osceola for their season opener on Friday night.  Kickoff is at 7pm.


JH Football: The JH football team opens their season on Monday, September 16 at Chilhowee.  Kickoff is at 5pm.
