Meet Sacred Heart’s very own therapy dog, Legacy. She is a female Golden Retriever that loves long naps and exploring the outside. Legacy has been with Sacred Heart for a few months and is enjoying every minute of it. She gets unlimited attention, along with belly rubs, and scratches on her big ears.
Sacred Heart’s digital media class has created a four-part video series to introduce you to our new friend, Legacy. Each video focuses on different aspects of Legacy’s life at Sacred Heart; the students are fired up to have you watch these videos so you can understand what all the hype is about Legacy.
Walking down the hallways, looking up at people and students is an extremely different take on school life here. Legacy is 3 ft. tall, weighing at 65 pounds, and is happy as can be. This first video focuses on what Sacred Heart looks like from her eyes.
“Rolling down the ramp on the second floor to act like her while holding the iPad, and carefully trying not to crash was the best part,” said Sacred Heart Senior Easton Webb. This video is going to show everyone what being a furry four-legged friend is all about and how she views this school each and every day.
Legacy is the true meaning of a best friend who is always there for you whether you’re having the worst day of your life or the absolute best.
