  • Due to the weather forecast, we will have a 1pm dismissal today.  We will be on regular schedule with 6th-hour meeting after lunch.  We also have all school mass this morning at 8:30.


  • This is a Paid Dress up day in honor of Zach Parsons. Please be generous in your donations as the family will match the proceeds from this to give to our Fine Arts Program.


  • The Great Gatsby Dance will be held on Saturday night starting at 7:30pm. We are inviting all students in grades 7-12th to attend. The class with the highest attendance in JH and HS may wear Spirit Dress on Monday, Feb. 18.  This, of course, only applies to students who did attend the dance. Admission is as follows: JH – $5 per person HS – $6 for a single and $10 for a couple


  • There will be a short assembly in the main gym at 8:45am on Monday morning for students in grades 6 – 12.  


  • The Conference math contest is at SFCC Tuesday, March 12. WE NEED YOU! A sign-up sheet will be up soon. Check with Mr.Bahner and Mrs.Starke if you have more questions


Sports Action:

Varsity/JV Boys Basketball:  The varsity (16-9, 9-1) & JV (9-1) wrapped up the conference title last night with a win over the Northwest Mustangs.  The boys open district tournament action on Tuesday in Stover in a first-round matchup vs the Smithton Tigers. Tip-off is at 9pm.


Varsity/JV Girls Basketball: The varsity girls (6-18, 4-6) wrapped up regular season play with a win over the Mustangs last night as well.  The girl’s open district tournament action on Monday night in Stover in a game vs the Tipton Cardinals.


Junior High Boys Basketball: The Sacred Heart JH Boys (9-6, 6-3) took 4th place in the conference tournament last night dropping the 3rd place game to the  Cole Camp Bluebirds.


Junior High Girls Basketball: The JH Girls (8-6, 3-5) completed their great conference tournament run last night with a convincing win in the Championship game over the LaMonte Vikings. Way to go Girls!
