Get Ready for Homecoming 2019!

The 2019 Winter Homecoming is a fun-filled week full of Gremlin pride. Every day the students in grades 9-12 will show their school pride by dressing up for the theme days.  The Gremlin Olympics will be played on Thursday. The pep rally will be on Friday afternoon and hosted by Seniors Easton Webb and Bryan Schlotterbeck. Friday night will be the JV and Varsity Basketball games which will include a performance by the Gremlin Girls. A dance will be hosted by STUCO after the games.

The history of our homecoming events have become a tradition here at Sacred Heart and is a celebration of our alumni and former students. Dr. Register’s favorite dress-up day is our red and white day, which promotes our true school colors.

We extremely proud to announce that our very own bishop, Bishop McKnight, will be leading our all-school Mass on Friday, January 18th. This is a great week to empower our faith and express who Sacred Heart truly is while having a little fun along the way. Along with the dress up days for the students, the teachers are excited about their costumes as well.

Please come and join us this week as we kick off our homecoming festivities on Monday, January 14th. Throughout the week we will be dressing in our costumes and preparing for the game on Friday against the Tipton Cardinals followed by the Winter Dance starting at 9 o’clock and ending at 11 p.m.

We encourage our parents, to help your high school students to have the best costumes each and every day so homecoming is taken advantage of and Sacred Heart gets the most out of this amazing week.
