Announcements:

• Friday, October 19 is the end of the first quarter.  Let’s have a great week and turn in the best first quarter grades possible!
• There will be an NJHS meeting Thursday, October 18 during homeroom in Ms. Tague’s room.
• There will be an NHS meeting October 17th during lunch in the commons
• STUCO will meet in Mrs. Howells room Friday during lunch. Please plan to attend.
• Mass schedule this week is secondary mass Wednesday at 8:30 and elementary mass Friday at 8:15.

 

Sports Action

Volleyball:

The varsity girls (17-10-1 / 7-1) take on the Smithton Tigers at 5:30 pm tonight in the SH gym in an important Kaysinger Conference matchup.  JV will play one set prior to the varsity game.

 

JH Volleyball:

The JH Girls “A” (15-0) & “B” (4-2-2) teams take on Smithton tonight in the SH gym.  They will play after the JV game, “A” then “B”.

 

Girls Golf:

Kelsey Hudson and Caton Lucchesi will complete their opening rounds beginning at 8:30 this morning in the MSHSAA  Girls Class One State Tournament. Second round action will follow, weather permitting. The tournament is being played at the Mozingo Golf Club in Maryville, MO.

 

Soccer:  

The varsity boys (11-8 / 3-1) take on the Smithton Tigers tonight at Susie Ditzfeld Soccer Field at Skyline School.

The order of events are:

• 5:00pm JH Soccer
• 6:15pm JV Soccer
• 7:00pm Varsity Soccer

Queen coronation and spirit squad team performs at halftime of the Varsity Game

 

JH Soccer:

The Gremlin JH Soccer team’s (5-3) play at Susie Ditzfeld vs. Smithton tonight.  Kick off is at 5pm.

 

JH Football:

The JH Football team concluded a very successful season with a 3-1 overall record!
