Announcements:
- There will be a meeting for students in grades 7 – 12 interested in signing up for Robotics Club on Thursday, October 11 in the ITV lab. To be able to be part of this new activity you will have to be able to commit one afternoon a week (3:00 – 4:30) from mid-November thru the spring. There is no cost to participants in this first year. If you have questions please contact Dr. Register or Mrs. Henke.
- Practice for all individuals participating in coronation will be Thursday. Don’t forget that Friday is spirit dress k-8 and Red and White day for high school. NO FACE painting until after Mass. Not allowed for grades k-8. Class presidents turn in your float members and paragraphs to Mrs.McCollester by Tomorrow. Teachers, Please share the parade information with your homeroom.
- Junior High volleyball will have a brief meeting during homeroom today outside Mrs. Siron’s office.
Sports Action
Volleyball:
The varsity girls (16-10-1 / 6-1) beat LaMonte in two straight last night in LaMonte. Their next action is at home on Thursday vs. Tipton. The varsity will play following the JH action.
JH Volleyball:
The JH Girls “A” (13-0) & “B” (3-1-2) also beat LaMonte in two straight games last night. Their next action is tonight @ Smith-Cotton JH School with a 5pm start.
Girls Golf:
Kelsey Hudson and Caton Lucchesi will represent our school in the MSHSAA Girls Class One State Tournament next Monday and Tuesday. The tournament will be played at the Mozingo Golf Club in Maryville, MO.
Soccer:
The varsity boys (10-8 / 3-1) beat LaMonte 2-1 in a rain-shortened contest last night in LaMonte. The guys travel to Concordia on Thursday to take on St. Paul’s Lutheran. Kick off is at 5pm.
JH Soccer:
The Gremlin JH Soccer team’s (5-3) next action is on Tuesday at home vs. Smithton. Kick off is at 5pm.
JH Football:
The JH Football team concluded a very successful season with a 3-1 overall record!
