• There will be a meeting during homeroom today in the ITV lab for any students, grades 7 – 12 who would be interested in hearing about the new Robotics Club here at SH.  
• JH and HS students: Signups and fees for fear-fest are due to Mrs. Bolin today during homeroom.
• Tomorrow is 1st quarter mid-quarter.  Make sure you are all caught up!
• Thursday is fall picture day.
• Boys and girls 9-12 Basketball meeting Thursday, Sept. 20 During homeroom
• Secondary Mass is scheduled for 8:30 tomorrow morning.
• Wednesday, September 19 6:30-8 P.M. Youth Night: Throwback P.E. Games and Cereal Bar: Come to play some of your favorite P.E. games from elementary school and eat some tasty cereal. Bring your favorite kind of cereal. We’ll provide the milk.

 

Sports Action

Volleyball

The Grems (5-5-1 / 1-1) travel to Stover tonight for a conference matchup.

 

JH Volleyball:

The JH Girls “A” (8-0) & “B” (1-0-1) also travel to Stover this evening in conference action.

 

Girls Golf:

The varsity girls finished 11th of 16 teams in the Smith-Cotton Tournament yesterday at the Sedalia Country Club.  Low rounds were shot by Caten Lucchesi with a 90 and Kelsey Hudson at 97. The girls travel to California today to play in the California High School Tournament.

 

Soccer:  

The varsity boys (4-5 / 1-0) play in Stover this afternoon in a conference contest.  

 

JH Soccer:

The Gremlin JH Soccer team (1-0) also travel to Stover on this evening.

 

JH Football:

The JH Football boys (2-1) won by a score of 48-6 last night in Sweet Springs.  Their final game of the season takes place on Monday, October 8th as we take on the Northwest Mustangs at the S-C Youth Fields.  Kickoff is at 6 pm.
