Dual Credit
Sacred Heart offers several opportunities for students to take Dual Credit courses that give students both high school credit and college credit. All dual credit courses are “weighted” when figuring grade point average. Click THIS LINK to see which classes are Dual Credit and the University they are offered from.
CMU Dual Credit Course Requirements:
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5
- ACT Score on file
Use the links below to enroll in a CMU Dual Credit Course:
Step #1 – (Application for 1st-time students only) – Application to apply to CMU for Dual Credit Classes – CMU
Step #2 – CMU Dual Credit Enrollment Form – (PRINT, Complete, and return to Mrs. Buckley) – CMU
Step #3 – Contract for Financial Responsibility – CMU
***For the Contract for Financial Responsibility, students should be logged in to MYCMU when they fill it out–this will cause the form to be linked to them in our system. Returning students should have login information already. New students should receive their login information via an automated email within 48 hours once they complete the application.
SFCC Dual Credit Course Requirements:
Cumulative GPA of 2.5
Math 114: ACT Math 22-28 –OR– Accuplacer AAF: 237-275
ENGL 101: ACT English 18-36 –OR– Accuplacer Reading 250-300 / Accuplacer Writing 250-300
