• Seniors:  Please get your Rotary Bio’s to me ASAP.  We use these to nominate you for special awards and activities (such as Rotary Student of the Month, but a lot more as well).  We also use them when we write recommendations for you.  Thanks!

• Juniors and any other high school student who would like to get information about class rings, Josten’s will be here at the school this coming Monday at 7:30 AM.  Order packets will be passed out and there will be samples to look at.  Monday, Oct. 11th they will be back to take orders.  Again at 7:30 AM.  Please see Mrs. DeGraff if you have any questions.
• Reminder: All students in grades 6-12 you are encouraged to print your school assignments in the West Lab (Mrs. Howell’s room) before school or during homeroom. 

 

Recent Sports Results:

SOCCER:  (7-5-1, 2-0) The varsity soccer team plays @ tonight home vs Calvary Lutheran, start time 5pm. 

 

VOLLEYBALL:  (0-0, 4-1) (JV 10-7-2, 3-1) The Varsity lost in four sets 20-25, 14-25, 25-15 & 19-25 last night in Santa Fe.  The JV girls lost 9-25 and 20-25.  The varsity will compete in the Warrensburg Tournament on Saturday..

 

FOOTBALL:  (2-3) The varsity takes on the Concordia Orioles this Friday in Concordia.  Kickoff is at 7pm.

 

GIRLS GOLF: The girls shot a 241 yesterday in Cole Camp to win the triangular meet with Cole Camp and Green Ridge.  Senior Claire Smeltzer led the way with a 47.  The girls travel to Butler MO today.  Tee time is 4pm with a 1:30 dismissal from school.

 

CROSS COUNTRY: Cross Country’s next meet is on Saturday, October 2 at Calvary Lutheran School in Jefferson City.  

 

JH SOCCER: (4-3, 1-0)  The JH Soccer team’s next action is Friday in LaMonte with kickoff at 5pm.

 

JH VOLLEYBALL: (1-8-1, 1-4) The JH Volleyball team lost to Santa Fe last night 5-25, 8-25.  Their next action is Tuesday the 5th at home vs. Northwest.  Game time is 5:30pm.

 

JH FOOTBALL: (0-1) The JH Football team’s next game is on October 4th at Braymer.  The game begins at 5:30pm..
