Announcements:

• Once again it’s time to honor our mothers! Mother’s Day is coming up on May 9th. The Sedalia Chapter of Missouri Right to Life is offering lovely red roses for our mothers. Place your order in the school office by May 6th. Single roses are only $1.50 each. One rose in a vase is $3. Three roses in a vase are $6. Six roses in a vase are $10.  One dozen red roses arranged in a large vase is only $20! Orders will be ready for pick up after school on Friday, May 7.  Funds raised support pro-life activities. 
• The Gremlin Student Cafe is open today for your AFTER SCHOOL SNACK! To thank you for your support this year if you spend at least one dollar then you get goldfish crackers, while supplies last! Come say hi to Alex and Ian.

 

Sports Action:

High School Girls Softball: (Var 8-6)  (JV 6-2) The varsity girls won a 13 inning thriller in the opening round of district play last night in Lincoln.  They went down 5-4 in the top of the 13th only to have junior Claire Smeltzer deliver a 2 run double in the bottom half of the inning to secure the win.  The girls play in the semifinals tonight in Lincoln.  The game vs Windsor begins at 5:30.

 

High School Boys Baseball: (6-8) The varsity boys next action is today at Centennial Park vs Leeton.  The first pitch is at 5pm.

 

High School Boys Golf: The boys played yesterday in Clinton.  Their next action is….  Tee time is 4pm.

 

High School Track:  The high school track team competed yesterday at S-C HS.  Their next action is ……..
