Parent-Teacher Conferences

In order to provide the safest and most effective conference experience to discuss your child’s progress, we have made some adjustments to the Parent-Teacher Conference night.

• We will be canceling conferences and the early dismissal previously scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, and moving all conferences to Thursday, October 29.

• There will be NO SCHOOL on Thursday, October 29!

• The school will be open from 8 am to 8 pm on Thursday, October 29 for pre-scheduled conferences.

  • Each teacher will have a personal link that you will use to sign up for a 15-minute conference.

  • If you have a fourth or fifth-grade student, we request that you sign up for a conference with your child’s homeroom teacher.

  • If you would like to meet with one of the other teachers, you may sign up for a time, but please be mindful that you may lose that time if it is needed for a homeroom student.  If your student is in junior high or high school and has multiple teachers, you may select whichever teachers you would like to meet with and they will be available on a first-come, first served basis.

In order to provide a safe meeting for our parents and teachers the following procedures will be in place:

• Conferences will be limited to two parents (no students may attend).

• There will be a minimum of 6 feet between the teachers and parents.

• Masks will be required to be worn at all times.

• In order to allow time to sanitize, it is very important that you arrive for your assigned time and complete your conference within 15 minutes.

• If you would prefer to meet virtually, via Zoom, please mark the Zoom Request option (yes) when signing up.
