Sports Action:

Volleyball: The varsity volleyball teams (15-10-3, 7-2) lost a tough one to Smithton last night in conference action 25-20, 25-16.  The girl’s next action is Thursday in Otterville. High School games are after the JH games..

 

JH Volleyball: The JH Grems “A” (7-6, 6-3) beat Smithton 25-17 & 25-23 last night in Smithton.  The “B” team lost to Smithton 21-25 & 19-25. They play next in Otterville on Thursday.  First serve is at 5:00.

 

Soccer:  The varsity soccer team (14-7, 5-0) won the regular-season conference title last night beating the Smithton Tigers by a score of 4-1.  Congratulations Grems! The boys travel to Ashland tomorrow to take on Southern Boone High School. Kickoff is at 5pm.

 

JH Soccer: The JH Grems (6-3-1) were victorious in Smithton yesterday by a score of 1-0.  Their next action in on Tuesday in the semi-final round of the JH Conference Tournament.  Kickoff is at 5pm.

 

Girls Golf: Sacred Heart Lady Golfers Caten Lucchesi and Kelsey Hudson shot a 220 & 224 respectively in the state tournament today at Fremont Hills Golf Club in Nixa, MO.  Caten finished 51st in the field and Kelsey 59th. Approximately 120 golfers compete in the State Tournament. Well done girls!

 

Football: The varsity football team (1-7) plays at home on Friday night vs. Rich Hill.  Kickoff is at 7pm.

 

JH Football: The JH team wrapped up their season last night with a 38-0 win over KC East.  The boys’ final record was 3-2. Good Season Guys!
