Legacy is the newest member of the Sacred Heart Family. She is an 8-year-old golden retriever. As a trained therapy dog, Legacy visits all ages from preschoolers to seniors around the school.

“It is amazing how every one of my classmates gets excited and wants to hang out with Legacy when she is around,” Junior Martha Angel commented, “She is inspiring and helps me get through the school day.”

Legacy visits SH on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Legacy’s owner is Nicole Stratton. We are very thankful for her letting Legacy come and visit us.

“I got to work with this amazing dog Legacy. Working with her is the highlight of my school day. Just walking her down the hall students and teachers alike would brighten up and smile,” commented Evan Spilker.
