  • Friday, October 19 is the end of the first quarter.  Let’s have a great week and turn in the best first quarter grades possible!
  • Attention Freshman through Seniors. Exciting news…There is another great opportunity for the competition developing at Sacred Heart. Scholar Bowl! If you’re interested in academic competition, come to Ms.Close’s room for an organizational meeting Tuesday, Oct. 16 during Homeroom
  • There will be an NJHS meeting Thursday, October 18 during homeroom in Ms. Tague’s room.
  • There will be an NHS meeting October 17th during lunch in the commons
  • STUCO will be in Mrs. Howell’s room Friday during lunch. Please plan to attend

 

Sports Action

Volleyball:

The varsity girls (17-10-1 / 7-1) beat the Tipton Cardinals 2 – 0.  The junior varsity was also victorious. The girl’s next action in on Tuesday at home vs. the Smithton Tigers.

 

JH Volleyball:

The JH Girls “A” (15-0) beat Lincoln in a best two out of three matches.  The “B” (4-2-2) lost their game. The girls play again on Tuesday at home vs. Smithton in a 5pm start.

 

Girls Golf:

Kelsey Hudson and Caton Lucchesi will represent our school in the MSHSAA  Girls Class One State Tournament next Monday and Tuesday. The tournament will be played at the Mozingo Golf Club in Maryville, MO.

 

Soccer:  

The varsity boys (11-8 / 3-1) won a thrilling 1-0 decision last night in Concordia over the St. Paul’s Saints.  Weather permitting we take on the Columbia Hickman Kewpies tonight at 6pm on Susie Ditzfeld Soccer Field at Skyline School.

 

JH Soccer:

The Gremlin JH Soccer team’s (5-3) next action is on Tuesday at home vs. Smithton.  Kick off is at 5pm.

 

JH Football:

The JH Football team concluded a very successful season with a 3-1 overall record!
