Gaining the ability to speak comfortably and to have fun performing in front of others are just two of the many skills that being a part of the speech team can teach students.

“Throughout my three years, speech has taught me how to say what I think in a mature and sensible way,” said Junior, Summer Caton.

She also won 2nd place at the 2019 Districts in Humorous Interpretations and qualified to go to the State Competition.
