SUMMARY:Free Athletic Sports Physicals (Grades 6-11)
DESCRIPTION:As promised last week here is the official announcement of our FREE physical night! This is on the calendar for Sunday\, April 25th from 4 to 6 at the school! Closer to time I will send out a notification of current 7th-11th graders that need a physical. All current 6th graders that plan on participating in athletics next year will need a physical.  \nThe requirements for participation are as follows:  \nEvery child that participates in athletics is required to have a current physical (physicals are now good for 2 years) in addition to the physical we also must have the following each year:  \n\n\nA signed handbook agreement  \n\n\nThe MSHSAA pre-participation form  \n\n\n  \nThese forms are all available on our website  on the athletic page at: https://www.gogremlins.com/athletics/ \nAll forms are required before your child can start practice for their specific sport. \n*Health insurance is required to participate in school athletics. If you do not have health insurance please contact me: we have an affordable policy available to you\, that is only for athletics and will cover your child so they can participate.
