State Fair Community College

SFCC Dual Credit Form for the 2011-2012 school year.

Fees are $73 per credit hour

Fall classes should be paid in full by September 12h
Spring classes should be paid in full by January 9th

For D/C classes in the ITV lab - Mrs. Siron will collect forms and money.

All other D/C classes - Mrs. Jennings will collect forms and money
