Scrip Program

Scrip Program/Tuition Assistance

The Scrip program is a tuition assistance program. The retailers are set through the company we order from. We have some local merchants on the list and other local businesses have joined also.

Orders are filled weekly. Payment is due at the time the order is placed. The orders have to be to Mrs. DeGraff's office by the close of school on Mondays. Delivery of your order is normally the following Monday with your student.

The assistance is applied twice a year. Once in January after the Christmas holiday and then again the last week of April so all will know what the balance of tuition is. Notification will be sent out in plenty of time to know the balance of tuition for the May payment. The Scrip program is ran over the summer and that information will be sent out towards the end of the school year. Watch the church bulletin and Blasts for Scrip updates. You may use up to 30% of this program for assistance on your tuition.

Examples of how this works.

Tuition for a full day Kindergarten student is $1,650.00.

30% of the tuition is $495.00.

This is the amount you will be able to use assistance from this program.
