Sacred Heart School

Mission Statement
Sacred Heart School strives to nurture the spiritual, emotional, and academic growth of each student and to help them become productive Christian citizens.
Vision Statement
Sacred Heart Elementary and High School is an educational institution centered in Christ and founded on the principles of a Catholic value-based curriculum. The school is committed to the promulgation of the Catholic faith and the teaching ministry of the Church through prayer, participation in liturgical celebrations, reception of the sacraments, teaching respect for life, and a commitment to community service. Administration, faculty and staff will strive through instruction and example to encourage students to imitate Christ, to act justly, and to respond with compassion to their peers, families and communities.
Sacred Heart strives to provide a challenging academic program to prepare students to live in a complex, dynamic and global society. The faculty and staff believe that children learn best when high expectations for student learning are maintained. By offering a wholesome learning environment and establishing high expectations, Sacred Heart School and Parish enables students to succeed through a varied and extensive program of activities which foster the mental, physical and emotional development of each individual.
Because parents are the primary educators of the child, Sacred Heart School seeks to assist parents as they nurture their children to develop self-discipline, self-confidence, the realization of their personal potential, and a moral conscience to guide them as they prepare for a life beyond the schoolhouse doors.
