  • Sacred Heart High School works very hard to assist our students in the process of preparation for college.  This is not only in regard to academic preparation, but financial as well.  In the past 5 years SHHS has graduated a total of 153 students who among them have amassed over $2.75 million in scholarships and awards.

Extracurricular Opportunity:

High quality extracurricular programs help students develop pride in their school and in themselves.  In addition to athletics Sacred Heart School sponsors a variety of activities and programs.  This list of opportunities is growing as our enrollment continues to expand.

Unique characteristics of Sacred Heart's extracurricular program (beyond athletics) include:

Community and Personal Development Opportunity:

  • Referring once again to the 153 members of the classes of 2007 through 2011, these young people documented more than 10,000 hours of community service as part of their Religion program at Sacred Heart High School.
  • Sacred Heart School students and families raised and donated more than $15,000 worth of cash and non-perishable goods to charitable causes in 2010-2011.
  • Sacred Heart School possesses the unique capability to weave the spiritual aspect into daily life. A campus minister and parish youth minister to on staff to enhance student activities and opportunities. Church and faith are an integral part of healthy adult life. So should they play an indispensable role in the life of our youth as well.
